I’m Jill Cook, the person behind Business Support by JMC. My background spans office and operations management, finance and HR across businesses, including private, public and the third sector.

From organising meetings and maintaining financial records to supporting recruitment and payroll administration, I bring hands-on experience of the work that keeps an organisation running. 

I hold a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice and I am currently strudying AAT Level 2 & 3 Bookkeeping qualification to certify my knowledge and experience I have built up over 30 years. 

I bring a professional, organised and discreet approach to every aspect of my work.
